RETURN POLICY

QUALITY ASSURANCE COMMITMENT

At BrandIshq, we take pride in the quality of our printed products. Each order undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipment. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Valid Reasons for Return:

  • Defective Printing: Significant printing defects including streaks, smudges, or misprints
  • Physical Damage: Products damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Incorrect Product: Items different from what was ordered and approved
  • Color Issues: Significant color variation exceeding our 90% accuracy guarantee (only applicable if a hard proof was ordered)

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Color variations due to RGB to CMYK conversion
  • Issues from low-resolution images provided by the client
  • Errors in artwork approved by the client
  • Pixelation or blurriness from client-supplied files
  • Normal variations within the industry standard of +/- 10% on quantities
  • Orders approved via soft proof (color accuracy not guaranteed)

RETURN TIMEFRAME

  • Domestic Orders (India): Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • International Orders: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • All products must be unused and in original packaging

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Contact our customer support team at support@brandishq.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photographs clearly showing the defect/issue
  • Description of the problem

Step 2: Review & Approval

Our quality team will review your request within 2 business days and provide:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

Step 3: Ship the Product

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Write RMA number clearly on the package
  • Ship to provided return address
  • Important: Do not return items without prior authorization

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Document: Take clear photos of the damaged package and products
  2. Report: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Claim: We'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
  4. Resolution: Replacement or refund will be processed after claim approval
